Well it's been a while since I made pickled eggs, so after I got out the woods I whooped these up! Should be good and spicy. This is the first time ever added sausage (LiL Smokies). Gonna be tough to let these sit on the counter for 2 weeks!

what did you use fore brine
Brine
8 cups Vinegar
4 cups water
2 TBs red pepper flakes
2 TBs course black pepper
4 TBs pickling spice
4 TBs Salt
2 Onions
6 Jalapeños
1 pack smokies
36 hard boiled eggs (think 30 made it to the jars)
