HB 1358 is the "constitutional carry" bill,
which makes having a Georgia weapons carry license optional. Anybody who is legally qualified to own and possess a handgun or long gun or other weapon may carry their handgun long gun or other weapon even in public-- away from their home their car or their place of business.
