Optics issue/question

I just took my AIM Sports optic out to the range after getting it sighted in. The reticle is now crooked and no longer zeroed after less than 100 rounds. Sucks, except it was free. I ended up buying a brand new Sig Romeo 5 XDR, and the lens on the muzzle side of the optic is crooked.
Is it supposed to be like this?

I've heard of them being slanted on the other axis for glare. This is not inspiring confidence in their brand for me if it is a manufacturer defect.

Not at all. That is normal.

If I understand you correctly, you now have an AIM Sports with a crooked reticle and a SIG Romeo 5 XDR with a possible front lens? 2 separate optics, each with their own issue?
