Did you ever think the guys that post adds in the classifieds and block comment and replies because they don't want to get called out on their ridiculous price. It's like a red flag. My s**t is too high but I don't want to hear about it.

I think it's just them casting their net far and wide to see what bites. Easier to do that when you don't have a bunch of know-it-alls circle jerking in the comments.

I turned comments off a few times because I wasn't sure what wasn't frowned upon. Then I left them on...the only times I turn them off now is when the trade offers in the thread get carried away.

Oh it's not really a big deal. It's just seems to a Trend with some of the guys that don't know the difference between used and new.

I think the guys that lock their threads don't need any help selling their items. They are just looking to get PM's from interested buyers.
