Not a corporation vs. trust. There is for Form 1 wait times files trust/corporation vs. individual. That's because you can file online. It cuts your wait time approximately in half.

I won't be trolled when I am trying to clarify a point to the forum. Call it what you want, but minors not being able to enter into contracts is a fact. If you read back on the thread, you will see I have actively participated in this discussion.

I'll have to admit Nate, I have been thinking what Dawgbrain said since you joined in this post. Clearly Dean and you are competitors. Dean started this thread and will likely gain many new customers because of it (like myself). You seem like a great guy and not saying it is intentional but Dawg's comments ring true.

I wouldn't doubt it if all forms go electronic and you upload copies of your fingerprints. We'll see!
