+1 for the two mentioned by Ramroddoc

Lyman's 49th Edition is perhaps the best combination of load data and procedure

in 40+ years of reloading I have quite a collection of manuals...
 
I have a pile of manuals too. I use an old Hodgdon's manual for comparison. I use a 2nd edition Lee often too. I try to use the bullet manufacture's manual for my rifle loads. In high pressure rounds, a bullets shape and composition can make a huge difference in a hurry. I usually ain't that picky about the straight walled handgun stuff.
