New Crossbow Rig

Parker Cyclone 175lb with AR Style stock, Picatinney Rail and a 4x32 multi-reticle scope. Shooting Parker Red Hot HV 20" bolts with Heavy Hit inserts and Slik Tip field points. I am about t order my Grim Reaper X-Bow 125gr broadheads.

Only 21" wide

These Slik Tips are worth every penny

The two top holes are sighting it in. The bottom left hole was a flyer when freehanding a shot. But that center hole is actually 3 shots at 20 yards. All three bolts went into the same hole (removed it after each shot of course)

That's the down side with these crossbows now,if you don't remove your arrow it gets split by the next shot.

That just makes you have to exercise more than normal when shooting.

Crossbow scopes have reticles set up for different yardages: ie. 20, 30, 40 yards for most of them. You just hold it on the right yardage marker kinda like the bullet drop compensators on some rifle scopes. Once you're sighted in at 20 yards you're set for 30 & 40 yards.

Yeah, my scope on this rig has 4 reticles for various distances. Of course you sight it in for yours.
