never wear hearing protection while hunting.....especially, if I was to ever Dangerous Game hunt.....those tool bags got lucky...they were almost dinner. I'm no John wayne with a bolt action either. That's why I carry Ol Trusty G20 With Underwood...Just in Case.

I use the cheap $6 academy brand noise cancelling ear buds. They work amazing, you can hear great and when you take a shot..bam its like have full protective ear muffs...I can only imagine how awesome a high quality pair would be..

ya, i fi were hogin i figure i would take my sw19 or something similar with me as a side arm

also i would probably use an sks or another self loading rifle for hogs
