I've got an '02 Wrangler with a Hardtop.

The front is held by two larger clamps rather than the multiple smaller ones you have pictured above.

Yep, that's what the hardtop we have has on it - 2 large C shaped clamps, which is why we believe it's the wrong model top. Thanks for the info.
