Compression test showed 1 and 4 @ 40psi and 2 and 3 @ 60 psi. Spec is 178psi. Going to go back in and re-check the cam timing...again.

Rechecked and corrected the cam timing and it was the issue. Works great now! Thanks for all the advice!
Cost me a slant six Dodge motor once. Damn thing just fell apart, brand new plug!
Thank god it didn't cost me the bike. I managed to get it fixed.
I ohmed out that broken plug core and it had much higher resistance then the other 3. I'm guessing that was part of the original problem. Also during the disassembly/reassembly I found the kickstand switch was mounted incorrectly which could have caused the computer to intermittently cutout if it shifted.
