My Rendition of Chicken & Dumplings

I boil the chicken to make the broth ,then remove the pieces .

I make mine by hand and cut em all out the same size within reason .

I cook a cutting board full in the broth while I make the 2nd batch.

Take out the 1st batch of cooked dumplings ,then add the 2nd batch.

Once they are done I get em out , put my chicken I pulled off the bone back in the pot of broth. I use leg quarters ;)

Then I put all the dumplings back in and add pepper & salt to taste.

It is a lot of work for sure !
