My Rendition of Chicken & Dumplings

I don't like a thick dough for dumpling, I use wide Yoke Free noodles..I had a hankering for Chicken and Dumplings so I made them..Now I am so damn tired, I can't eat...But I will feed my Bride after I get some rest...

I made a pot last weekend and didn't feel like making biscuit dough for the dumplin's. So I cheated and bought frozen dumplin's. They do not puff up at all and no extra flour to thicken the juices. Tasted more like chicken and noodles. I was not impressed or happy w/ the results.
