Buddy of mine dropped off pepper sauce that he made. That's the reason for greens tonight.

You use smoked meat in yours? I do. And a little sugar.

Hog jowls. No sugar, just salt and a dash of vinegar. Although, I may add a little sugar towards the end, depending on how bitter they are.

I can't do buttermilk, but have eaten many a glass of cornbread and sweet milk.

We have Fincher's BBQ here, they have fresh cooked skins on Fridays and you can buy cracklins from them too. My teeth won't take them anymore so I don't buy them.

I prefer collards over turnip greens. Do not like the turnip or collard at all.
