Thanks every one. im now hooked ,lol. she was six yards away when i shot her so because of the extreme angle it also cut her main vien running along her spine. she didnt run 50 yards. the sound of the crash was some thing i am always going to remember.

I have yet to get my first crossbow kill and haven't gotten either of my two sons involved in stick and string, but both have killed with a rifle!!
