Definitely, I can't recommend this upper to anyone. I wish I wold have gone another route.

The upper receiver was the root cause of this whole mess. It was really gritty on the inside, and would not lock up with the lower. I really wish I had not messed with it, it may have been fine. I just hated having to force the rear pin in and out. I didn't have any trouble with the Anderson upper.

I bet if you look around you can find that nut for cheaper.

gotcha.... might as well just go ahead and buy a W.A.R. Upper.

Well the $17 barrel nut worked.... now its back to its original set up. I'll be shooting it after lunch on Sunday, I'll have the range report sometime next week.
