I’ll bet he’s the kind that went to the bar and bragged all night to anyone that would listen about how he took a moose with a Glock.

He slaughtered a very young moose looked like to me.

Didn't seem justified to me, I would have backed up and fired a round if needed in the ground..To advance on a moose is a death wish..

That's a good point too. I wondered why he kept getting closer. Once the moose went after him, I can understand why he shot. Just can't imagine getting any closer to that thing once he saw it in the trail, but I don't know anything about dealing with outdoors in that part of the country.
