Well I cooked up the Moose steak made some real mash tatters and cooked down some sweet onions in a tad of barbecue sauce, butter and did a red wine reduction..Out of this world...Ate and now for a Turkey 101 before I turn in...

Nice… reminds me of when I was a young child (65+ years ago), my father would grill steaks and when we asked ”what’cha cooking pop?”, he would say “moose lips!”. It actually was strip steaks, but we loved them anyway.
