Build your own? I wanted a DD MK18 too but I built a SBR for half the price.
Factory though you could look at CMMG or LWRC
I'm a DD fan, so I like your idea. I found a great deal on the Daniel Defense 300 SBR for about $1100; couldn't pass it up. I prefer 300BLK in an SBR, but that's a different discussion.

you can buy my upper and cut the barrel down and save about $700-800 instead of getting a DD

Can't go wrong with the DD, LMT, PSA, Noveske, BCM.
PSA is going to be the least expensive, but BCM might still be running some good deals.

If you are a DD fan I would just buy the MK18 upper and build a lower with decent parts and maybe a nice FCG to register with them.

Bought the mk18 today...and yes, but I have a surefire socom 556, an m42000, and an sr 5....soooo that's going to be a tough choice
Cherokee G&P had a nice MK18 SBR on display when I was there a week ago. If I had the money and was looking for this setup, it'd be at the top of the list.
