Mid week jerky and butt

I understand Sir, we never have made much pizza and went for take out or frozen but I think I would like to try and grill it. Thank you.
The reason I don't make it from scratch much anymore is due to the time..I need two days for home made dough, as it needs to be in the fridge to rise and rest the second time, until the next day.

We have one of those bread machines and had some great rolls last night. Was thinking on making some in that. Just asked my beautiful wife and she says no problem if we start making it in the morning. Dough I mean.
 
I need to open my own BBQ Joint. How cool would that be to just smoke meat everyday. Jerky the bomb as always and butt came out awesome. Tried a new rub, Lane’s Ancho Expresso and Sweet Heat. Unreal, will definitely do that again.
