Mid week jerky and butt

Been making soups for the bride since Friday but had defrosted some venison and a butt so mid week smoke and some jerky tomorrow! Marinating overnight

How do y'all heathens make bbq sauce down in Georgia, anyway?

I'm sure y'all don't follow the true path of just vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt n pepper. Do y'all follow the way of SC with mustard, or the wayward plans of Alabama white sauce? :p

I usually go the vinegar way but also with cayenne, brown sugar added along with the red pepper, black pepper, and salt. Wife likes Sweet Baby Ray’s honey bbq sauce though.
