Mater Samich

Now the yeller meat melons .... with seeds or without?
My wife makes me save all the seeds. It has paid off. Sometimes we even get volunteers.
 
I put the mater in the fridge overnight. Thin slice’em. Agree with the mayo and salt. Gotta have pepper too.
Lightly toasted bread is the coup’d gras.

I was with you until the toasting. I like the bread to be as fresh and soft as possible. Potato bread works best for me.
