Cut one of those tomatoes up and an onion. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle real salt and eye-talian seasoning over them and dig in! Thats good eating.

A young lady from our church told me about a version a year or so ago, and I just got around to trying it recently- mayo, salt/pepper, tomato, slice of onion, and sliced up Avocado. One of the best tasting sammiches I've had in a long while, just hate I waited so long to try it!

Got some seeds years back for some type of yellow tomatoes. They were the only tomatos that did well and we're great on blt's.

Tomato sandwiches rock! As a kid we would let them sit in fridge about hour and get soggy before eating! Never had time for them to sit after got married and worked 80 hour weeks!
