For what its worth, there is not an issue with IE or Opera. I just tried them both and no issues.

I got it just now but clicked advanced and it said that the site was not suspicious.....?

Once you click ignore the threat, it opens another page offering virus protection that I can assure you is malware.

It is doing it on Safari as well, on every page change.
