Looking to hire individual or tree service in Toccoa area to cut 3 large tree limbs down

That’s what I do but unfortunately Toccoa is a little too far out for me for a trimming job. The best advice I can give is make sure whoever you use is insured and make sure they have a plan going in to do it safely.
