Best customer service for decades!!

I never realized the difference quality sun glasses make and the comfort /protection they give your eyes until my early twenties. Since then I usually stick with Costa sun glasses because I love fishing. Years ago you could send in a $250 pair of damaged glasses and they would charge $50-$80 bucks and send you a new pair. I just sent in 2 pairs that are 10 years old for repair. For $80 each they sent me 2 new pairs that retail for around $280 each. A lot has changed with customer service everywhere except at Costa!!!!! They rock!!!!!!

I agree, I broke a hinge on a pair out of warranty and they sent me a new pair.

I know Oakley used to do that also. Not anymore.

I love Costa…

But I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about someone posting one of the many current reasons to boycott them.

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see… We shouldn’t have to wait long… the anti NFL crowd will inform us. Hopefully Taylor Swift wears Ray Ban…
