When I was a kid my father found out GM was stopping production of convertibles and he bought the last one he could find.
A 74 Caprice , it had every available option , power windows locks seats and the 454 engine .
It was monkey vomit green. It got 8 mpg in town and 11 on the interstate .
He sold it in the early 90s to some guy in Albany .
