Anyone read this book? I'm about 60% done and it's pretty good!
Some parts are downright horrific...


So, What's the likelihood of an EMP shutting us down???

I've read it. It is the best of the 3 that I am aware of. Patriots (financial collapse), One Second After (also emp attack)
are good as well. The printed version has been out for awhile now.

So who is the author? A quick Google led me to several books.

I felt that all three of the above books were constructive to get people to step back & review their "disaster" plan (or lack thereof).
Since the not so distant events of Katrina, last years tornadoes, "Ready.gov.", combined with all of the press that "2012" is getting, it seems like more & more people are prepping.
I have been prepping since '93 and am all for more lions & less sheep.

Im about 80%into Lights Out now and its good and One Second After is also pretty eyeopening ....

I'm about 70% into One second after and it's good. I thought Lights out was much better. Haven't read patriots yet.
