Liberty gives access to their safes but there are no back door master codes

One reason an electronic lock is a poor choice for a safe. Of course if a key lock was used they would have a master key available to give them as well.

They would have blown it open if needed,like "law" enforcement did during Katrina.

Sounds a lot like how Apple did Paul Manafort when FBI raided his house. They gave up his Apple passwords in a hurry. Meanwhile when the San Bernardino shooters did their deeds they refused to surrender that info without specific warrants claiming security was one of their main selling points.
Anyway it sounds like everyone needs good old fashioned dial combination safes.
