What is the best knife sharpener I can buy that will leave a sharp strong edge and not break the bank? Or are stones the best way to go?

If you want your blade hair popping sharp get those or you could use a strop as well. Make sure you watch the DVD! It might seem elementary but, gives good tips. If you get one, you'll be like why did I pay this amount for this? But, it's worth it and I like the angles.
