I bought an 09 brand new, it was a great bike. I sold mine shortly after my son was born, lost my trust in other folks. Hopefully you have the screaming eagle tuner on it, they really wake up the torque.

I have the TTS Tuner and pipes with the Screaming Eagle Intake and Filter.
This bike is really Zippy, more so than I thought, a joy to ride.
