After more reading the specific subsection he was charged under, for certain count of violations, qualifies as a class 4 felony punishable by 1-3 years incarceration and a $25,000 fine. Most of the subsections under that code section are fine only but the particular section used coupled with six counts, maybe he'll do some hard time.

They most likely called ahead and spoke with his lawyer and made arrangements so he wouldn't get the normal perp walk and jail experience. Remember it's still crooked ass Chicago. And he's still a double dip member of the Protected Class. Laws are different for them.Indicted..Wonder why it doesn't say arrested?
I thought as soon as a indictment was handed down he would be arrested and be required to post bail for release?
Weak sauce. All six charges are for disorderly conduct and filed under a code section usually used for business offenses, not usually associated with any jail time but rather with "steep fines". Likely he'll end up simply writing a check and walking away.
I don’t know Just sayin’
