Like I said long ago (and was roundly derided for my alleged naivete), he'll go scot free. Fines? Pishhh. Those will absolutely be paid by the NAACP or some other "org" that supports him. He'll likely never spend a day in jail.

He will never see any real jail-time. His "punishment" will be the lose of his acting career and having to dip in his pocket to pay a high priced lawyer to represent him. He will now be tainted and relegated to "B" rate acting gigs. Couldn't happen to a nicer "duch-bag"....

He'll also have this hanging over him for the rest of his life. Remember when Paul Rubens (Pee Wee Herman) was arrested in an adult theater when he was a huge star? He disappeared for more than 15 years afterwards, and it ruined his career.
