Java Upgrade Pop-up

oops! This just jumped in, after being on here off/on all day>>>>>>>>>>http://69.162.91.234/java/index.php>> My AV caught it, & when I secured it, the message was that I had to upgrade, when I clicked the "X" to close it , it closed the whole site----more than likely it dropped my IE.
 
This might not help, but I have Google Chrome and Internet Explore on my desktop. The Java pop up only pops up when I use Google Chrome, but never pops up when I access the internet via Internet Explore. Doesn't fix the problem for Chrome users, but is an option.
 
Steve, I've been battling this on my site. I've figured out mine was coming from google ads. I turned off the google banner ad and have had no more reports of it. Sucks because it was a source of revenue for the site. My other internally hosted banner ads with JS in the frames have not had any issue.
