I didn't think to take pictures. Hashbrown casserole. Rehydrated some shredded hashbrowns with some minced onion. Added 6 eggs, diced ham, and a couple of cups of shredded cheese. Baked until beautiful and bubbly. That's going to be breakfast all week.

More leftover cleanup this morning…
noodles stroganoff, and chicken gravy on an open face hb bun.

I haven't done any cooking lately except this morning, I did make a Sausage cheese and grilled onion Omelette,,No pic's it didn't last long enough to..

Yesterday was grits, and sort of Egg Mcmuffin. Grand biscuit with cheese scrambled eggs, Canadian Bacon and grape jelly on it.
Today was grits, pancakes and sausage
