I do but it but sometimes a high-temp sear will still singe me. I bought my large BGE years ago when I couldn't really afford it but did so anyway. One of the best investments I ever made.

Agreed, i bought one then another then an XL!!!! I moved one large to the lake and cooked on it tonight.

A little hint, I usually assembled them the night before and wrap in Seran wrap after final weave in Bacon..I found that they firm up nicely when done that way.
