It's listed for sale in the neighborhood the OP mentioned. It's the same price the OP mentioned. It has the same number of rooms the OP mentioned. It has the largest yard in the subdivision, just like the OP said it did. And it's on a cul-de-sac, again, per the OP.

It's not rocket science.
