I think you have a lot of options with them. Registered bolt or RR. Multi caliber options. Lots of parts available and they are built like tanks. The HKs are awesome, but I don't know if they're 30-35k awesome.

I have two mp5s and have fired full auto versions. While cool, I ain't paying 25+k for it . The Uzi and sten were much better options

Well I ain't had the privilege of shooting either one. But if I had 5he choice to make I'm fairly certain I'd pick the Uzi.
