OH MY GOD guys. Look, they told me I had some kind of duplicate account, so they cancelled one of them and now my other is flagged and it says inactivated. CS isn't answering me. Its A G43 that Ive been watching for days now trying to get my account in order.

How many times must we go over this? Straw sales only apply in the case that a person is buying a firearm for someone else whom they know is legally not permitted to own the firearm.
That is not a straw purchase if it's being sent to a dealer and he is picking it up in person doing the 4473 and all. It would be considered that imo if he asked that some one bid, pick it up at the receiving dealers location and meet him with it.
