I need help!!!

Okay guys, So I just went out today and purchased a BRAND NEW Glock 19 Gen 4. I just went out and put 100rounds through it with no problem at all except everytime the empty shell casing would extract from the gun it would hit me in the head or on the forearm. Please help me I just spent so much money on this gun and i'm very unpleased with this

Take it to Glock HQ in Smyrna. They will fix it for you. For free.

It has something to do with the extractor. What is the test fire date of the round that came in the box?

you need to shoot with somebody watching to see if the cases are bouncing off something.

Worst case, Glock is over in Smyrna and you take it over there and they will fix it.
