To make a long story short, I need the concrete removed from some old fence post holes. It is 7 or 8 of them. There is a time limit on this and I really need the help! I can't do that kind of work anymore due to injury. Also, please let me know your price. I'm located in Dallas city limits.

The fence posts are essentially cut down really low and close to the cement btw. I was planning to use the technique in this video but there is no way. The remaining posts are not rotten, they are in good shape.
