Update, **** RooterPlus. They just called and canceled said I'm too far out but I can try again later this week and they'll see if they can work me in. I thanked them for wasting my Saturday believing I had a contractor hired. Wasted my day now everyone is closed until Monday

Tell them when you call that you have the ports on the lid or if you have already dug off the concrete caps....it is less expensive if they just bring the pump truck.
