You can buy all the parts for an ar from palmetto for close to 700. Putting a lower together is like assembling a lego toy. And palmetto has a good rep for quality.

Got a brand new SOTA flat top upper with New Frontier Armory polymer lower never fired except the upper at the factory. Haven't put sights on it yet but do have a scope and quick release mount. Collapsable stock, forward assist, and dust cover. Looking for $750.00 without scope and mount. Probably $850.00 with and I'll throw in a couple new in the pack P Mags gen 2 30 round black.
