The position I am trying to fill is a technical support role for a well known hvac manufacture. What you will be doing is using your knowledge on hvac service and support contractors via the phone and internet through their hvac issues. This is the best of both worlds because you can stay sharp with your hvac knowledge but be in an office out of the weather.
