Position: HVAC Tech or Maintenance Tech
About the Position: At Patterson Heating & Air, we're more than just an HVAC company, we're a full service maintenance company that provides services for multiple property agencies as well as the general public. We are currently hiring for a maintenance technician, but since we're primarily an HVAC company any HVAC experience is a plus. All applicants should have a fundamental understanding of the following:
- Sheetrock patching
- Flooring
- Painting
- Minor plumbing to include toilet and water heater installations
- Minor electrical
- Minor roof repairs
- Appliance repair
Again, HVAC experience is a plus but not mandatory.

All applicants must be willing to work an 8-5 schedule, Monday through Friday, as well as a 24/7 on call schedule generally lasting one calendar week per month.
