When we get a lot of rain, the mosquitos get a little bad but our fogger handles that pretty well. Late in summer those banana spiders are EVERYWHERE. They never get inside the cabin but are all over the woods. And the snakes are my favorite part!!! I haven't seen a lot of moccasins, only water snakes and oak runners. They like to climb up in the cabin but I leave them there for now cause they eat the mice. Once we get the soffits closed in and everything spray foamed, it should be fairly rodent and snake proof.
