Just like Stalin's and Lenin's useful idiots blindly following the masses to the end, for what? No matter how dark history is it should not be erased for we forget the past. At 27 I can't believe what is happening to the world I live in and how much has changed in such a short time.

Ha, yah man I've been saying they wanted to do this for a very long time. These lemmings don't know what they are asking for. History is what it is good or bad erasing it is not beneficial to anyone. If they want to destroy, dig up, erase etc all the monuments/memorials then I guess they are erasing "racism". Therefore we should get rid of all forms of affirmative action, fair housing laws, federal aid to Indian tribes, or any other type of aid afforded to " minorities" because they were once discriminated against or whatever the issue was.

Footnote: the confederate cemetery near my home recently blacked out all the confederate markers in order to hide them. They were once painted with color.
