How many times a day do you brush your teeth?

Brush 2x a day with Sonicare, floss once a week. 56 and never had a cavity.

Only dental problems I ever had were from grinding my teeth at night. I had a tendency to stress a lot. Cracked two molars in the last 10 years. Root canal and crowns both times.

My dentist recommends to brush and floss only the teeth you want to keep. So, I do all of them. I'm 51 and never had a crown or root canal.

No Brushing required, take them, (as I affectionately refer to as my pocket teeth) out at night and let em soak in engine degreaser, next AM they're all sparkley and clean.

We use sonicare and she goes two minutes each time. She goes through some brush heads.

Brushing teeth are overrated. When I was younger I rarely brushed my teeth and never flossed. I never had a cavity either.
