72 Nova with a 454 9th and 10th grade year, totaled the car being stupid, 86 f150 with a built mustang 5.0 drove that truck the rest of high school and about six years after.

My high school car was a 1965 Mustang with a 289 V8. It even had factory air. We got it used but I don't recall the mileage but it was less than 20,000. It was metal flake dark green. I wish I had it now.

77 Toyota Celica Liftback. Bought it new up here at North GA Toyota in Dalton. Saved up for 3 years working at my father's restaurant.

My high school car was a 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie XL 500, 2dr, black, red interior, bench seats, a four speed and a 390. I owned it, but dad paid the insurance............I paid for the gas, tires, oil changes, any work I could not do, and of course, the tickets!

63 1/2 was a great design. My first car was a skylight blue 64 Galaxie 500 convertible with a 352/auto. After I graduated college I added a pagoda green 64 390 4 speed car to the stable. Through the years I've had 7 or 8 Galaxies but I switched to Toyota Land Cruisers 10 years ago when my boys started getting older.

66 Ford fairlane GT 390 a 4 speed in 9th and 10 grade then got 72 Z 28 with 350 engine and 400 transmission, corvette bronze with white stripes !
