I don't sell it but I'll get you some.

The summer sausage and salami are easy to make as long as you have an electric smoker or BGE.
It's really no different than fresh sausage or bratwurst you just have a few more steps. The venison
bratwurst is good as well.

Dropped a fat doe earlier this evening. Will put up a pic tomorrow.
Now it's jerky time. You guys have got to get some of my jerky.
Fist fights have broke out over it!

I don't ever sell it. Normally I get a big batch made up and send out some small packages for people to try.
It all depends though on my success or failure in the woods! I have never lacked for venison but I have had
a couple years where I didn't share much.

I got mine yesterday.........MAN IT IS GREAT!!!! Now I have got to find a place to kill one so I can return the favor. This was a great idea and THANKS AGAIN Tony, it was GREAT!!! The jalepeno has just enough bite to make it really good!!!

Now just wish me luck so I can get a several more deer and make more jerky.
