I did!

Dropped a fat doe earlier this evening. Will put up a pic tomorrow.
Now it's jerky time. You guys have got to get some of my jerky.
Fist fights have broke out over it!


Once I get a deer or two in the freezer Ill be making some jerky. We will have to try and swap out jerky with each other. I have guys at work that are waiting in line for my jerky.
 
All the meat is cut up and is currently marinating. Tomorrow it goes to the smoker and then
on to the dehydrator. I am so hungry for deer jerky, this entire deer went to it.

The summer sausage and salami will have to wait until I get another one.

Calm down, it takes a while to marinate. It'll come soon enough.
(I have to tell my kids and friends the same thing)
I even have to slap my own hand for getting in to it too early!

I processed a little over 400 lbs into jerky the year before and it was gone before
the end of January.

Tony do you sell any of the summer sausage?? I had some for the first time last year and it was GREAT!! I know how to do the jerky but I have not tried making the summer sausage YET!!
